Our stay was wonderful and very spacious! We stayed on the 9th floor with 4 bedrooms. There were 5 of us and plenty of room…not to mention the amazing private balcony we had. The place was very comfortable and had a washer/dryer which helped immensely as we travelled with our 4 year old son. All soaps, dishes, etc were included and there were plenty of cafes and small markets nearby. The tram picked us up right in front of the building and a car was never needed or missed in Jerusalem. The only thing that was a little tough was the air conditioning was not yet turned on for the season. The temperatures got unusually hot for this time of year, and we were unable to keep the windows open because there were open fires around the city for some holiday…lots of smoke in the air. Also, the traffic noise was really loud if windows were open. We asked our contact person about this and unfortunately she was not able to help as it was the building manager that made the final decision on when the air would be turned back on. She was VERY NICE and wonderful…very accommodating and apologetic as well–even though it was not her fault. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful and we would do it again without any thought. Thanks for a great stay!

Great apartment in excellent location

This was an ideal set up for our family of 4. Richard & Goldie were very helpful & communicative prior to our stay. The building is clean & modern with doorman, about 1 block from the Mahane Yehuda shuk which is great. You can walk to Jaffa Gate in 15 minutes, or take the Light Rail 2 stops (NIS 6) in about 3 minutes. The stop is literally 30 seconds from the front door of the building. Also within walking distance are Ben Yehuda Street, Rivlin Street, Mea Shearim, and other areas to walk. The unit itself is clean & spacious, and had everything we needed. Parking in the building is expensive, but there’s an outdoor lot at the end of the block that was fine. Also a number of good restaurants in the immediate area. We liked Chatzot. Would highly recommend.

Apartment – Outstanding Location

“From March 17 to April 4, 2013, we stayed at Windows of Jerusalem Tower Suites in a one bedroom apartment on the 14th Floor. It has a good view of town with the large windows in the main room and bedroom. The natural light makes this apartment very appealing to stay in.

Goldie Spector, the general manager, is an excellent communicator. Her language skills were very beneficial to us because we only speak English. Prior to our arrival, she kept us up-to-date about the apartment accommodation. A couple of days before our check out, we contacted her via email, and she immediately responded to us. She was very helpful in making arrangements for a shared taxi to the airport for our departure flight from Tel-Aviv. Goldie provided excellent customer service for us during our visit in Jerusalem.

The accommodation’s listing was accurate in its description about the apartment and amenities, which provides a very comfortable and relaxing setting. The apartment is well maintained, and we found it clean upon our arrival.

At both entrances, the security involves a doorman and elevators requiring a card pass. And, of course, we were provided keys to securely lock our belongings when we left the apartment. We felt very safe in this building and surrounding neighborhoods both day and night during our visit. The Old City of Jerusalem is an easy walk back and forth to the apartment. We found a supermarket located a few blocks away on King George Street, within walking distance from the apartment. It is a well-stocked grocery store, where we purchased our food items during our visit.

The Jerusalem Light Rail Station (Ha-Davidka) is located on Jaffa Street near an entrance to the apartment building if you prefer to use transportation. We prefer to walk to get exercise daily but the transportation with the light rail, buses, and taxis are readily available.

Being vegetarians, we found that the Village Green Restaurant on Jaffa Street provided an excellent variety of tasty food (soups, salads, quiches, and desserts). Additionally, there are a number of other restaurants near the apartment that offer very good Israeli cuisine.

The Windows of Jerusalem Tower Suites provide a comfortable place to stay with a great location. We give it a 5-Star rating, and highly recommend it to all travelers wanting to visit Jerusalem.

Great Passover Stay in Jerusalem

5 Stars 5 of 5

We just returned from our vacation in Jerusalem over Passover 2013. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment ( 2 adults and 2 kids), while my parents stayed in the 1 bedroom in the same building. The apartments were immaculate, both were kashered for passover with full sets of passover milk and dairy dishes, utensils and pots. The apartment is a good location, a few blocks to the shook and about 20 minutes to the Kotel. There closest park with playground is about 10 minute walk. The management team taking care of the property were very helpful, friendly and easily reachable. The building has a Shabbos Elevator and a doorman. Would highly recommend this properties or other properties by this owner.

Amazing.

“Wow. What an amazing apartment.

Our group of three adults and two children stayed in a two bedroom apartment for 10 days in mid-December 2012. It was easy and pleasant to make the reservations. Conveniently, the apartments (there are a few in the building), have a contact in the US, who was extremely helpful. We had an agreement almost immediately, and a week before we left, we had instructions for arriving at the apartment. When we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful, showing us the features of the apartment.

The apartment was everything that the advertisement promised and more. It had more than enough room for the five of us, including a very comfortable couch in the living room area. The apartment was spotless upon arrival. During our stay, we were invited to call the owners for anything. We spoke to them only once or twice until it was time to check out. The check out was as quick and professional as the check in.

In addition to the excellent quality of the apartment, the major draw for this property is location. This was sort of a family reunion, and we had a group visiting from literally all over the world and staying all over Jerusalem. Due to the location, the group always met and relaxed at the apartment (and received glowing comments about it). Mahene Yehuda, three blocks up, had everything we needed for every meal at very reasonable prices. And the food there is very good.

We did not have a car, as we expected to be within walking distance of most things, and we were. It was a two or three block walk to Ben Yehuda street and Zion Square, a 15 minute walk to Jaffa Gate (mostly downhill), a 30 minute walk to the Knesset/Israel Museum (some steep uphills), and a 15 minute walk to the King David Hotel (where many of the rental car agencies are). The light rail was a 30 second stroll from the entrance and made our trip to Yad VaShem and Mount Hertzl easy. In the other direction, the light rail stops at the Mamilla mall and about a five minute walk from the Jaffa Gate. Of course, the Kotel was a trek, but, unless you are staying close to the Dung Gate or in the Old City itself, it is a long way from everything. Taxis were abundant around the apartment, even on Shabbat. Given the location, you will save a lot of money on transportation costs if you are willing to walk even just a little bit.”

Very pleased with this apartment

“My husband and I stayed in the one bedroom apartment and our college aged kids stayed in the three bedroom apartment. The photos and description were accurate. The property was very clean, well maintained with great beds and linens – my personal standard for a great stay.
Goldie was helpful and available. Everything went smoothly and the location was perfect. Perfect location to sites, dining, the shuk, and easy to navigate.
I will stay again.”

“We sayed at the apartment for 8 days and it was Great the view is breathtakeing. We had a great time and really enjoyed the apartment.
The train is right down stairs and Ben yehuda is a 5 min walk.Geula is a 5 Min walk. Machne Yehuda (The Shuk) is not even a 2min walk. there is lots of great food on the block.(we never went hungry)
The Apartment was as described if not nicer.
I will Defiantly Be Returning and will recommend friends and family To Stay here.
Everythigng worked and was clean. the elevators are quick and clean as well as the lobby and hallway.
Only thing we would have liked, is a later check out time. But we understand there was another renter comeing in the same day we left.

Finally at home in Israel!

I’ve been to Israel many times and I don’t want to feel like a tourist anymore. Staying in this beautiful apartment I have connected with the wonderful people in the building, the VERY supportive, friendly and helpful staff (which are all Israeli) and staying here has really offered a depth and new dimension to my Jerusalem experience. Buying fresh produce in the SHUK which has EVERYTHING added a level of authenticity to the trip which transformed the entire experience.

Unparalleled
