Location, Service and Space - unbeatable
I am a pampered traveler and I enjoy luxury and service. I travel a great deal for my business so I am fussy. Sorry. I am! I just returned from a 7 night stay in stunning Jerusalem. I opted for a one bedroom apartment due to the length of my visit. Based on the excellent reviews on Tripadvisor - I chose Windows on Jerusalem. What a win! Service: I was greeted by the wonderful Elissa who had made sure that my unit was ready for early check-in due to a 4 pm meeting. Not only was the greeting sincere, warm and friendly, Elissa grabbed one of my two suitcases and lead me to the unit, toured it and explained everything including how to use the laundry machines. She even did a tutorial on how to make coffee using the French Press (something I had never used before). What a spectacular welcome to Jerusalem. Thank you Elissa and the entire team who worked tirelessly to make my stay pleasant. Elissa also organized a wonderful taxi driver for me to get back to Tel Aviv and saved me over $30 off the GETT app price! THE UNIT: WOW! A very spacious one bedroom with large outdoor patio (table and chairs), top quality kitchen, lounge/dining and a huge bedroom. Decent bathroom and overall tastefully decorated. But above all - utterly spotless with a "THIS TOILET HAS BEEN SANITIZED" strip which pleased me (I am a clean freak). Ample closet space and high quality linens on a very good mattress. I was very very satisfied by the unit at well under the cost of a decent hotel room. With a 24/6 supermarket down the street - stock up your kitchen and save by having breakfast at home. There is NO other way to go. LOCATION: at #40 Agripas - this historic street was named after Marcus Vipsanius Agrippa who was a Roman consul, statesman, general and architect. Every inch of this neighbourhood is historic and a feast for the eyes: people, architecture, shops, languages, food and smells. You are right next door to the famous SHUK, one alley away from historic JAFFA STREET and a 20 min walk to the OLD CITY and KOTEL where the famous Western Wall is located. The street is hip, full of energy and people and you could not be in a better more central location. If you seek a nearby shul to Daven - there are myriad shuls and houses of worship within a few steps from your door. Rare is the week away from home where one is loath to leave and sad to say goodbye. However that was the case when I turned in my keys and elevator pass, said goodbye to the beautiful kind and caring staff of WINDOWS and departed this magnificent city. Do not hesitate Forget about hotels. I have done the work for you. This property is the way to go!

Great location on the light rail, close to Machane Yehuda market, walking distance to the Old City. Convenience of a an apartment with kitchen and washer/dryer. Good security. Friendly and extremely helpful and diligent staff!
Clean, furnished apartment in center of town, optional kosher
Great experience from friendly and efficient check-in to easy check-out. This building is in the heart of town, minutes from the open market (the ‘shuk’) where you can shop for fresh ingredients and which transforms into a lively night spot after hours. Amazingly convenient transportation with light rail on one side and buses on the other. Get a bus pass, they no longer accept cash on board. Within easy walking distance of many sites (approx 15-20 min to the Old City, another 10 min to the Kotel.) Furnishings are pretty basic but clean and adequate. Laundry facilities are a blessing, especially if you’ve been on the road for a week or two. Comfortable beds. Some apartments have balconies. Pay attention when booking - there is an extra fee for a kosher kitchen if that is a requirement for you. Can be a bit noisy on lower floors (street traffic, light rail, ambient city noise) but everything quiets down in the late evening. Good value for your money.

Clean, spacious, staff is amazing to work with. Cannot beat location. Center location to all! Down the block from the lively Machana Yehuda Market, walking distance to everything else! Can’t wait to go back!
Excellent Flat in Jerusalem
This place is just beautiful, clean and a great view. In addition, the reception staff is very kind and helpful. This is the 2nd year we come and enjoy this rental. It is very well located, next to the tram and the market.

The room was big and clean, there were everything I need: dishes, plate, fringe and coffee mashine, it was very comfortable to stay. Location was also great. It was very nice to find out a free coffee and water. Thank you!

This was our first time to Israel and Jerusalem. We decided we weren’t going to take the typical hotel route and wanted to stay in the heart of the city. Based on the recommendation of a friend, we stayed at one Windows of Jerusalem’s flats. It was the best decision possible. From the easiest possible check-in, a spacious apartment, an unbelievable view of the city and being located in the heart of the city center where we could walk to everything, we couldn’t have been happier. They even helped arrange tours for us to see some of the city’s top historical sites. If you’re going to stay in Jerusalem, you must stay here. We loved it!!!
Windows of Jerusalem - excellent!
Thanks toYitzi for getting us settled quickly into our apartment. He was very informative concerning out travel plans in Jerusalem. After 3 days in an airbnb, we were after something bettter. Windows of Jerusalem fits the bill. Excellent accomodations, super fast wifi and great location.

5 Day Jerusalem City break.
So what can you say about Windows of Jerusalem? Well, we decided upon Windows as we felt it offered the best in terms of location for the places we wanted to visit. So, first impressions. We were dropped off by our taxi transfer at the short walk from the street to the Windows entrance. The alley had the distinct aroma of street toilet, the windows of the facing block were dirty with clear evidence of refurbishment works taking place within the ground floor. However DO NOT BE PUT OFF. Once we found the Windows Apartments office things changed in an instance. It was clean, organised, cool and the reception staff were excellent. Professional, efficient, friendly and most welcoming. In fact we had dealings with 4 members of staff during our stay, each were courteous, polite, professional and efficient. Most were young (20’s) so to have that kind of service was a refreshing change to what I generally experience within our culture (UK). We were taken to our apartment by a member of staff where everything from air con, water heating, lift locations, places to go etc. etc. We’re all adequately explained. The apartment itself (floor 3, apartment 5) was outstanding. You can always find fault with anything, so here goes. Personally I found the shampoo a little too much like my Nan would have had, I like to have a plug for the wash basin as I don’t like wasting or running water when I shave and my partner would have liked a mirror in the bedroom to assist with hair drying or make up or whatever ladies do when blokes are all ready and chomping at the bit to get out! So that’s it, the negatives covered. So the positives, isn’t it frustrating when you book up a hotel room with what you think is a better class establishment to find the soap or shampoo dispenser is bolted to the wall out of reach, well away from the shower and only has about 10% capacity of soap in it? Not Windows. It’s an apartment, we didn’t expect what we got. Soap, new, still boxed (Dove - my favourite), shampoo, new, full, soap dispenser at the wash basin - full, dish cloths, washing up liquid, scourers all new and unopened. A welcome pack with a bottle of wine, tea, coffee, olive oil and water to greet us. The beds were comfortable, the facilities perfect - cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, TV’s etc. The room was impeccably clean and well presented. In reality nothing to really complain at. Below the apartment was a supermarket for your convenience (chocolate and water in our case 😋). And the location, Yehuda market a 5 min (max) amble up the road - a fantastic experience, the tram immediately outside the back entry to the apartment and the Old City a 15 min walk in the opposite direction to the market. Shops, restaurants, coffee houses etc. all on the road to either of the two locations listed above. So, bottom line - would we stay again? Absolutely no question, a definite yes, 5 stars, though we would request the same apartment again. Just a bit about me, 58 yr old semi retired, professional, enjoys world travel and city breaks with 4 or 5 foreign holidays annually. This was a 5 day break. Hope you find this useful.

Amazing stay at the Windows of Jerusalem
We stayed at a 2 BR apartment on 13th floor. The apartment was spacious, 2 BR with a decent size living room and fully equipped kitchen/large refrigerator. The best part was that it had amazing views - both day and night of Jerusalem. I only wished we had an apartment with floor to ceiling glass window. Though we did not cook much, as the Yehuda Market is just 5 minutes walk away, it is good to know that there is an option to cook if you wanted to. The apartment building is in a perfect location on Jaffa St. The train/tram runs on Jaffa every 5-6 minutes on both direction. The stop is right in front of the building. It is just 3 stops to old city in one direction, and 2 stops to the bus station/train in other direction. Though walking to these places is only 10-15 minutes away, it is good to know that there is an option to take the train if you wanted to. The check-in, and check-out was very smooth. There is an office around the corner, where you can store the luggage if you are early for checkin. However note that they are closed on Friday and Saturday. I highly recommend this place.
Dont look anywhere else! This is the place to stay!
We just spent 17 days in Israel, all of them at Windows of Jerusalem. Not only was the location the best- light rail and shul right outside and nearby- but the apartment was amazing. In the hot summer the air conditioning was spot on, almost cold! The shower/bath had amazing hot water and lots of it. The washer and dryer with laundry soap included was great! Kitchen set up was fabulous. Do not hesitate to stay here for one second. The best by far!

2 weeks in Jerusalem. On Jaffa, private, full kitchen, washer/dryer, everything to cook. Full Fridge. A ‘Super Market’ downstairs. So close to everything. I will only stay in these Apartments in the future. Most occupants live in the apartments (not vacationing tourists). Separate elevator for Shabbat, & a cool scavenger hunt to get in the building, get your elevator card, get to your room, unlock your key... Any issues are fixed immediately. If you love LIVING in other countries and getting your groceries, cooking your food. or just having the ability to do so, you cant beat these Apartments. What to do? I can list off whats close, but you are right smack in the middle of everything. Just go down to the tram, pick up a ticket (just a one way) or walk up to the central bus station, get your bus/tram card & fill it with credits (Shekels) and have fun! I was an 11th floor facing the Old City. The Tower of David was there to greet me every morning. View really doesn't matter though.

This property is wonderfully located in the heart of Jerusalem. The unit itself is great, they have everything you can possibly need! We were there for 5 days and enjoyed our stay. The communication is great as well, I was able to get my questions answered all the time. And the arrival emails were great then even left me a nice gift bag as a nice welcome in the condo. I would definitely stay there again!
Windows of Jerusalem - the perfect location and space for families
You can't beat this location. Steps from the Mehane yehuda market which is the coolest, night and day. easy to get transit, a taxi or meet your tour bus. We had 5 different apartments and all well well equipped, clean and spacious. The staff were very responsive and professional. All of the guests were more than happy with the Windows of Jerusalem and would book again and recommend it without hesitation. Great value as well.

Great location with a great view
We stayed in Windows for two night. The hotel is located rental to everything. Light rail is literally right outside of the hotel. Room was large and had everything we needed to feel like home. I was able to cook and do laundry. large fridge to store food bought at the shut which was steps away.Take the light rail to get around.

The property is not a traditional hotel, but an apartment building with full time residents, long term rentals and short term rentals. I stayed here for two weeks in a small one bedroom apartment. It was clean, had a balcony, central AC, kitchen, living room with a couch and a dining room set. The location is in the heart of Jerusalem. I would definitely stay here again.
As close as you can get to living there without moving
We LOVED this property. It was an amazing location on Agripas square in the heart of everything and 2 blocks from the shuk (market place). The apartment was large and comfortable, well appointed kitchen and we had an amazing porch attached that was almost the size of the apartment itself! (ask about it... 5th floor). Great wi fi for lazy days and close to everything when you're ready to hit the streets. Can't wait to go back!

Staying here is probably as close as you can get to actually living in Jerusalem without moving here. You are near the city center and walk to most everywhere. You have your own kitchen and laundry, and can be self sufficient. We cooked, ate, shopped and lived like everyone else does. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had a tile floor which was great for cleaning. The apartment we had also had a MASSIVE back porch, which nearly doubles the sq footage (it was on the 5th floor, if your interested!). Great wi fi and TV for those days when you're feeling lazy. Do ask about the hot water system... it has to be turned on prior to use each time, and can take some getting used to, but it's not a big deal. We can't wait to come back!

5 star service
To start with, the apartments are in no way 5 star, but are clean and comfortable. However the service and location are absolutely 5 star. The front desk even walked down to a restaurant to book it for us when their phone was off line. The apartments are located right next to the markets and the top of a lovely walk down Jaffa st towards Mamilla and the Old City. Definitely recommended

Jerusalem Delight
Windows of Jerusalem is our first point of call when we visit Jerusalem. The accommodation is modern, comfortable and well located for exploration. We have always found the staff’s organisation and consideration for their guests to be outstanding.
Great stay for families.
The location of the apartment is fantastic and the accommodations are great. For a family of four, having the laundry facilities was great. This is not a five star hotel, but it is a very nice apartment with a 1,000 sf balcony with incredible views. If you plan to be in Jerusalem for more than two nights, this is a great alternative. More importantly, the price for the value received is incredible. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Jerusalem!!

We had a great time at Windows if Jerusalem. It is in a great location, about a mile from the old city, and in the middle of lots of shopping and restaurants. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful, and the apartment was beautiful! Great place!!
Great place, central location
We stayed in a one bedroom apartment for 6 nights. We couldn't have been happier with our choice as it was very clean and conveniently located. The staff were wonderful to deal with. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and offered local tips. We were on our way down to the office as our washing machine didn't seem to work correctly when we ran into the gentleman who had initially showed us our apartment. When he heard we were having issues, he took the time to look at the machine and fixed it for us, even though we knew he had actually been finished for the day. Customer service is top notch.

Went for a week with my teenage daughter. I was very impressed with the care and attention given to ensure that we were introduced to the apartment and we were given a lot of helpful tips about local amenities including supermarkets, transport and even a place to go jogging nearby (on my request). A welcome pack consisting of olive oil, ground coffee and a bottle of wine was provided. A nice touch. The apartment on the 12th floor had great views over to the old city and all the mod cons you require. It was really well placed near to the city centre of the new City and just around the corner from the Makane Yehuda market. Really impressive and I would go there again!

Nice views from the rooms. Very clean and was nice to come in to an apartment that was all ready; soap, shampoo, tissues, Dish soap... etc Michal was very nice and helpful with everything we needed including directions and maps. Great location; we walked to everything. Easy to take the shuttle and train to the airport. My only suggestion would be to put another tv in the master bedroom.

Location, location, location!!!! You must stay here, very convenient and family friendly. We travelled with a teenage boy and he was free to go back at any time to the apartment with no complications.
Nice room with great location
We got a family room with beautiful views on the 18 the floor. The room was funny stocked and was spacious. The staff was great and check on was smooth. We walked out the door into Jaffa street with a 3 minute walk to mahane Yehuda market. 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds and 1.5 baths. The room was very quiet. I recommend highly for anyone going to Jerusalem.

If you want to be in an apartment in the heart of Jerusalem, within easy walking distance or light rail to all major hot spots of this most incredible city, the choice is simple: Windows of Jerusalem! Modern decor and floor to ceiling windows give you a warm and welcoming feeling and the views are just outstanding!!! Every staff member was friendly and helpful and all our needs were met. I highly recommend staying here! The apartment was clean, the beds and furniture comfortable and the little added touches (welcome items) most appreciated.
Great apartment, very good location, clean and equipped with whatever you may need for a short or longer stay
We had a 12-floor apartment with a stunning view of Jerusalem. The apartment is not serviced daily unless you ask for (and pay) for it. It has everything you may need (a fully equipped kitchen, laundry washing machine, and dryer), a large living room and a decent bedroom, air conditioning and heating. The parking underneath the building is quite expensive and closed late night and Saturday but there are open parking lots where you can get a daily rate on demand. The elevator access cards where the only thing that barely worked and require assistance.

I really am not afraid to be critical, but I can’t remember a place that so surpassed our expectations. Very friendly an helpfull personel, very spacious and clean rooms, an absolutely incredible view, very big and well equiped kitchen, a washingmachine and dryer. The central living room was nice and big. I was afraid the pictures on the website were taken in a smart way, but in reality it was as spacious as it looked. I didn’t think it was possible tot get such a nice place for a normal affordable price. Oh and the location: at the Jafo street and across the Mehane Yehuda market. Perfect.

Spacious and comfortable
Large comfortable apartments with great views of Jerusalem. The location is great: next to a light rail stop, near the main markets with lots of nice restaurants nearby. It's an easy, 15 minute walk along a pedestrian route or a few minutes on the train to the old city. The kitchen was well equipped and suites had laundry facilities. Wifi was excellent. The apartment was a little bit worn and dated in a few areas, but was very comfortable and clean. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Exceptional apartment and service
We stayed as a family for a weekend at the Windows of Jerusalem and loved it. The apartment was beautifully clean and well appointed with some little welcome touches. The team there were so helpful and helped make our stay very smooth.
Super starting point
Directly near the great suk Mahane Yehuda, the light train at the outdoor and you can even go by feet, because the old city ist near and jaffa street is a big pedestrian walk. We had a lot of fun an had contact with many friendly people.
Amazing apartment although in noisy street!
Getting to the apartment was not bad at all, finding the door on the side of the building and then getting the code was not difficult. Afterwards we found our keys to our apartment and we found it nice and clean, perfect for three adults. We had washer, dryer and anything we might need to cook and clean ourselves. Behind the apartment there is a small supermarket so we were able to walk 20 steps and get food to cook in our kitchen. We had coffee, tea that they left for us on the table. The young lady was amazing and so friendly. Thank you for making our stay in Jerusalem, a lovely stay.
Excellent location, clean and comfortable
Very clean, located 2 train stops from the Old City. Very short walk to Ben Yehuda Street and the Market Place yet not a noisy area. The cost was reasonable. The check-in process was simplified by the friendly staff who texted my through WhatsApp before we arrive din Israel form the US. No wash cloths for the shower, otherwise superb hotel.

for a reasonable money you receive a luxury apartment with beautiful view and well equipped. The service is faultless and flexible. It is close to the tram line, in a walking distance to the Old City and the Train Station.
Fantastic apartment in a great location
I stayed here with 2 friends for 3 nights in April 2019. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, it was really spacious and spotlessly clean. Everything worked perfectly and we had no problems at all. The location is great, above a supermarket and right next to the light rail which runs frequently (except during Shabbat) and takes you right to the corner of old town. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, offering us somewhere to leave luggage and get changed on arrival. We'd highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely stay again if we return to Jerusalem.

Very nice appartment at a very quiet street. The location is great, not far away from the old City (3 stops by the close train). The market is near and the Abraham office for tours, as well. You can use the washer and dryer, which is so convenient if you travel a lot of days. New, renovated, clean, and warm with noiseless heaters. The kitchen is very well equipped. The host is helpful and responses quickly. Good communication. Fast WiFi. Very nice view from the windows (11th floor). Big rooms and bathroom. Nice bed. Everything was outstanding, I would stay there again! Strongly recommended!

Great location and friendly staff. Had all the amenities I needed and more. Beautiful view! I wish parking wasn’t so expensive, I’ll have to factor that I to price comparison in the future.
